Features
The official extension focuses on points per purchase and redemption. It has no VIP tiers, referral rewards or birthday points. Wren Loyalty Pro includes all three, plus expiry reminders, bonus campaigns and points for past orders.
Reliability
Wren Loyalty records every change in a ledger and reconciles refunds and cancellations automatically. A built-in check compares every balance with its ledger, so a wrong balance can always be found and fixed.
