Questions
Does it work with the WooCommerce block checkout?
Yes. The points panel appears in the Cart and Checkout blocks and in classic shortcode carts and checkouts. The discount is applied as a cart discount, so it works with taxes and other coupons.
Is the free version actually usable?
Yes. Earning, redeeming, the My Account page, the dashboard, customer adjustments and importers are all free. Pro adds tiers, referrals, birthdays, expiry, campaigns and points for past orders.
Can I move from another loyalty plugin?
Yes. Wren Loyalty imports balances from WooCommerce Points and Rewards, YITH Points and Rewards, WPLoyalty, Points and Rewards for WooCommerce (WP Swings), MyRewards, Simple Points and Rewards and myCred. You preview first, and running it twice never doubles a balance.
What happens to points when an order is refunded?
Partial refunds remove points in proportion to the amount refunded. Cancelled or failed orders remove the points they earned and return any points they used.
What if I stop paying for Pro?
Pro keeps working. You stop receiving updates and support until you renew, and when you renew you pay the same price as before.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, within 30 days, no questions asked.
